Lead

At some point you may be ready to lead in ministry. This could be by serving as a pastor/ elder at TDC, by leading a ministry team or house church as a deacon, or by serving in some other area.

All leaders at TDC go through a discipleship process with other leaders, a period of intensive hands-on training that lasts from six months to one year and includes much reading, some writing, and lot of interaction. When you are ready to lead, the pastors and other leaders at TDC will gather around you during one of our worship services, lay hands on you as they did in the Bible when praying the Holy Spirit’s empowerment on your ministry, then release you to lead.
