Follow

Quite simply, a follower of Christ must first... well... follow Christ.

It is not enough to simply have a head knowledge of the basic facts about Jesus. Rather, you need to make a conscious decision to give Him your sin and choose to follow Him, to make Him the forgiver of your sin and the leader– the Lord– of your life. This is different than "praying a prayer," it is giving Him total leadership of your life now (even though you probably will pray a prayer when you do so!).

We mark this entrance into the Christian faith publicly with the celebration of water baptism.
